FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Plantsville. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced clinician or a new graduate looking for mentorship, technology, and support to build a rewarding long-term career. The clinic focuses on providing exceptional patient care, professional growth, and a healthy work-life balance, with an average of 12 patients per day and one-on-one 40-minute treatment sessions.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing outstanding patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy
• Educate patients on recovery, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
• Maintain timely clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
