Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time- $7,500 sign on bonus
About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is growing and looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our North Naples clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT or a new graduate who wants mentorship, career growth, and the ability to provide individualized patient care. Our clinicians enjoy the ability to focus on quality care instead of high patient volume. You can expect an average of 12 patients per day with 40-minute one-on-one treatment sessions. The caseload is diverse and includes Orthopedics, Balance Disorders, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation, and Functional Mobility Training. The role utilizes AI-assisted documentation technology and modern treatment equipment within a collaborative, therapist-driven culture.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training
- Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
- Complete timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
