About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join their collaborative outpatient team in Bristol, CT. This position offers a focus on exceptional patient care with manageable caseloads (average of 12 patients per day) and one-on-one treatment sessions (40-minute appointments). Requirements

Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, hands-on physical therapy treatment
Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, mobility, and wellness
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
