About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Franklin, NC is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join their growing outpatient clinic. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while treating a diverse patient population in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role focuses on exceptional patient care, professional growth, and work-life balance, with an average of 12 patients per day and one-on-one treatment sessions of 40 minutes each. The clinic utilizes modern equipment and AI-assisted documentation technology.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Experience with orthopedic, balance & vestibular, neurological, geriatric, or sports & functional rehabilitation caseloads
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatment
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehabilitation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
