About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, manage a consistent caseload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment focused on patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume clinical environment
• Active Physical Therapist License (State of Pennsylvania or eligible)
• BLS Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Manage daily patient caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
