About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on improving functional outcomes across a diverse patient population.
Requirements
- Minimum 15–18 months of recent Occupational Therapy experience
- Experience in outpatient setting preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Active Occupational Therapist License (State of Georgia or eligible)
- BLS Certification (AHA required)
- Lymphedema Certification (required)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and independence
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
