About The Position

Voyage Talent Solution is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to support North Boulder PT (NBPT), an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic serving the Boulder community. NBPT provides patient-centered, hands-on care and is known for one-on-one treatment time, an active and outdoor-minded patient base, and a collaborative clinical culture. The clinic is expanding its business. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload in close collaboration with NBPT clinicians and support staff. NBPT provides clinic orientation, while Voyage Talent Solution offers support throughout the assignment, including placement, licensure guidance, onboarding, and one-on-one recruiter support.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Active Colorado physical therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one before the start date.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with sports injuries and orthopedic post-surgical rehabilitation.
Manual therapy training or relevant certifications.
Previous travel therapy experience.

Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver skilled treatment, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
Treat approximately 8–12 patients per day in one-on-one treatment sessions.
Document accurately and promptly using AI documentation.
Communicate with referring providers, patients, and families.
Collaborate with physical therapist assistants, aides, and front office staff.
Educate patients on home programs, injury prevention, and return-to-activity goals.
