Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for licensure.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve functionality and alleviate pain.
Educate patients and families about exercises, posture, body mechanics, recovery, injury prevention, home routines, and lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support effective patient care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
