About The Position

UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital, jointly operated by Lifepoint Health and UW Health, is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation. The therapist provides patient-centered care aimed at restoring strength, mobility, and function, while working with patients, caregivers, and the rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current PT license.
• CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
