About The Position

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is the premier provider of outpatient rehabilitation in the Northwest, known for developing strong clinicians, supporting professional growth, and building community through meaningful patient care. This position is ideal for new graduate Physical Therapists seeking hands-on mentorship, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in general outpatient orthopedics. IRG is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists for multiple clinic locations, offering access to fellowship-trained orthopedic mentors, structured early-career support, and exposure to a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. This role provides a unique opportunity to be coached directly by skilled orthopedic therapists. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy
  • Desire to grow into specialty certifications or advanced practice

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance your clinical skills
  • Educate patients and families on recovery and long-term wellness
  • Uphold IRG’s standards for patient-centered care and professional excellence
