About The Position

Overlake Medical Clinics is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for its Highmark Specialty Clinic Team. This part-time role is focused on pelvic floor needs and is part of a supportive, growing Outpatient Physical Therapy Program. The therapist evaluates patients and establishes prescribed physical therapy programs using physical therapy theory and skills to restore function, relieve pain, improve dysfunction, and help patients reach optimal functional capacity. The schedule provides one-hour, one-on-one treatment sessions and opportunities to collaborate with Primary Care and Specialty Care Providers. There may be an opportunity to grow into a full-time role if desired.

The position is 0.6 FTE, 24 hours per week, with an 8-hour day shift. The listed hourly pay range is $52.87–$79.31. Offers depend on relevant experience and internal equity; some positions may include additional pay based on shift, certification, or education level.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Washington.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment goals based on evaluation and discuss them with the patient or family as needed.
• Plan and implement treatment programs based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Provide direct treatment using physical therapy procedures, modalities, or techniques as required.
• Reassess patient conditions at regular intervals and update treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient's medical record and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Report to and consult with referring physicians and other authorized personnel regarding patients as necessary.
