About The Position

Moreau Physical Therapy is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join its Baton Rouge team. The role offers an opportunity to help build and shape the company’s pelvic health program, with a potential path to a Program Director position for the right candidate. The therapist will evaluate and treat pelvic floor patients, create individualized treatment plans, educate patients, collaborate with providers and the clinical team, and contribute to the growth of pelvic health services.

Requirements

• Licensed physical therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana.
• Pelvic floor experience or a strong interest in pelvic floor therapy.
• Willingness to pursue pelvic health certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Motivation to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pelvic floor patients.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on pelvic health and home programs.
• Work closely with providers and the clinical team.
• Help grow pelvic health services and take ownership of the specialty program.
