About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for an Assisted Living Facility / Memory Care setting in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement on a collaborative rehabilitation team. The facility provides tools and support for both new graduates and experienced professionals. The position offers an estimated rate of $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status, along with full-time benefits and continuing education support. Some positions may offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current West Virginia license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
