Physical Therapist (PT) – Assisted Living Facility (ALF) – Charleston, WV
About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought to join the rehabilitation team at an Assisted Living Facility in Charleston, West Virginia. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative, with tools and support for both new graduates and experienced therapists. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current West Virginia license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
