About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist position at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Carson City, Nevada. The therapist will join a collaborative rehabilitation team providing high-quality rehabilitation services and helping patients regain independence. The facility welcomes both new graduates and experienced professionals. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement role, with an estimated rate of $40–$50 per hour depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Nevada license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
