About The Position

This position provides an opportunity to work with patients primarily consisting of total joint replacements, striving to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist License valid in the state of Missouri
• BLS Certification from AHA only
• Minimum of 1 year in physical therapy

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing patient-centered therapy evaluation and treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Conducting detailed evaluations, including assessing pain, mobility, strength, balance, and endurance.
• Providing therapeutic treatments, including modalities and therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and documenting collaborative efforts.
• Facilitating discharge planning and educating patients and caregivers about ongoing care needs.
• Ensuring thorough and timely completion of documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Implementing budgetary practices and supporting departmental productivity standards.
• Promoting customer satisfaction through effective communication with patients and team members.
• Engaging in professional development and pursuing educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
