About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions, a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to serve as an Outpatient Clinic Director. As a provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, this role is integral to a strong, multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The company emphasizes investing in its people, offering support for professional growth, and assisting with student debt through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. The mission is to provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services in a warm and welcoming environment. The caseload includes non-surgical and post-operative patients with a mix of sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management, and specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema. The clinic values time in patient care, maintains optimal caseloads, and prioritizes therapist interests and professional growth. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Active or pending state physical therapist license.
