About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is seeking a Clinical Director/Physical Therapist for their outpatient clinic in Odenton, MD. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Health, this role is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state physical therapist license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in treating non-surgical and post-operative presentations.
• Experience with sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
• Willingness to support and develop specialized therapy services.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, or lymphedema.
• Completion of an Orthopedic Residency Program.
• Experience with Luminis Health or similar healthcare systems.
• Interest in pursuing a career path as a clinic director.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional therapy services as a Physical Therapist.
• Lead and manage the outpatient clinic operations as a Clinical Director.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in Luminis Health’s Orthopedic Residency Program for advanced training and mentorship.
• Treat patients with diverse conditions including non-surgical and post-operative presentations, sport-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management.
• Develop and manage specialized programs in orthopedics, pelvic health, hand, neurology, and lymphedema.
• Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads.
• Support specialty therapy services based on therapist interests.
• Provide education and training to team members.
• Manage directors training and mentorship program.
• Oversee graduated caseload ramp-up time.
