About The Position
This is a Registry position for an Inpatient Physical Therapist at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. The role involves providing physical therapy services in an inpatient setting. The work schedule is Per Diem, with hours from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, and weekends are preferred. Additional compensation may include shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as overtime and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
