About The Position

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
