About The Position
This is a Per Diem position with varying hours between 6 am and 6 pm at UW Health Swedish American Hospital. The role involves providing physical therapy services in an inpatient setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
