About The Position

Work Schedule: Per Diem, Hours vary- 6am-6pm. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.

Responsibilities

• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required.
