About The Position

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Queen Creek, Arizona. The Center Manager oversees the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and provides preventative and rehabilitation services to help patients maximize functionality and well-being. The role delivers evidence-based physical therapy to orthopedic, sports medicine, and community-based patient populations and supports return-to-sport testing, performance assessment, clinical excellence, and staff development. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and offers a starting salary of $90,000, commensurate with experience, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and $350 per month in student loan repayment for the life of the loan. The center uses rehabilitation and performance technologies including VALD Dynamo, VALD Force Plates, DorsaVi movement analysis technology, BlazePod performance training systems, and the OxeFit strength and conditioning platform.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to orthopedic, sports medicine, and community-based patient populations.
Assist with implementing and advancing return-to-sport testing and performance assessment programs.
Support clinical excellence initiatives and Program of Excellence training opportunities.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical development to therapists and support staff.
