Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA (License Required)
About The Position
Ivy Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Shelby or Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The role offers a base compensation range of $30.00–$40.00 per hour, plus a bi-weekly clinician bonus plan and either lifetime uncapped student loan repayment or a competitive sign-on bonus. PTAs can pursue professional tracks in mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. The team provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services in a culture focused on authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
