Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their therapy team in Owosso, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity for a PTA who wants to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working with a supportive clinical team. Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Michigan PTA license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
• Work collaboratively with nursing and other healthcare professionals
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
