About The Position
Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Owosso, Michigan! Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Michigan PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with nursing and other healthcare professionals
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
