About The Position

Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and build a schedule that works for your career and your life. We’re welcoming Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN PTAs to our outpatient team in Berea, Kentucky. Whether you’re an experienced PTA or a new graduate ready to begin your career, you’ll join a people-first organization where collaboration, professional growth, and patient-centered care are part of the everyday experience. At H2 Health @ Berea, you’ll work with a diverse general outpatient population and support patients across orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, balance and dizziness, sports medicine, chronic pain, neurological conditions, Workers’ Compensation, and other rehabilitation needs. You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists and the broader clinic team to help patients improve mobility, function, confidence, and quality of life.

Requirements

  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for Kentucky licensure
  • CPR certification, if applicable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • New graduates are welcome to apply; previous outpatient experience is not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled Physical Therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Carry out individualized plans of care and help patients progress toward functional goals
  • Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients on movement, exercise, recovery, and home programs
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality outpatient care
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
