About The Position

Phoenix is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home health services in Clinton and surrounding areas. The position is available full-time, part-time, or PRN, with a listed pay range of $60,000–$80,000. PTAs provide assigned care in patients’ homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care. They collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other care professionals to support patients’ mobility, independence, and active lifestyles. Therapists complete charting during visits with support from Roger’s AI-powered system. Requirements

Physical Therapist Assistant certification for the state of Missouri.
Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and physical.
Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary patient care.

Nice To Haves

Home Health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide PT-assigned services to patients in the home setting in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed PT.
Participate in communication and case conference activities to promote continuity and quality of patient care.
Use sound judgment and technical skills to perform assigned treatments and procedures according to agency protocols.
Maintain compliance with the Agency Code of Ethics.
Maintain compliance with agency standards, policies, procedures, state and federal regulations, state practice acts for licensed personnel, and payer requirements.
Practice safety, environmental, and infection-control measures.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other disciplines in patient care.
