Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – El Reno, OK
About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to work full-time in a Skilled Nursing Facility in El Reno, Oklahoma. The facility is described as having a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department, a supportive rehabilitation team, modern equipment, mentorship, and a culture that values professional growth. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is approximately $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
