  • Source, negotiate rates with, and book photographers, videographers, talent, stylists, hair and makeup artists, assistants, editors, retouchers, and other production partners.
  • Research and secure locations and studios, and manage permits, location agreements, parking, insurance documentation, and required permissions.
  • Coordinate production contracts and legal documentation with Legal and internal partners, including crew and vendor agreements, talent and property releases, usage rights, licensing, and confidentiality agreements; ensure documents are approved and signed before production.
  • Track usage terms, restrictions, and expiration dates for talent, photography, video, music, and other licensed materials, ensuring agreements cover intended channels, territories, and duration.

  • Create and distribute call sheets, shoot schedules, and production details to keep crew, talent, vendors, and internal teams aligned.
  • Coordinate product and sample logistics, ensuring correct styles, colors, and quantities arrive shoot-ready, are prepared and tracked during production, and are returned afterward.
  • Partner with the Creative Director and e-commerce team to confirm shot lists and coverage requirements, including product angles, detail shots, on-model imagery, and video deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary production contact on set, managing crew, schedules, setup, breakdown, and day-of logistics while resolving issues proactively.
  • Track progress against approved shot lists to ensure required campaign and e-commerce assets are captured within the production schedule.
  • Manage post-production timelines for editing, retouching, feedback, approvals, and delivery, coordinating revisions between the Creative Director, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Confirm delivery specifications and verify that final assets are complete, correctly labeled, and supplied in required formats, dimensions, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
  • Organize and route approved assets to the appropriate teams and asset management systems, meeting campaign and product launch deadlines.
  • Track expenses, reconcile production budgets, and manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, and billing with Finance.
