Assistant Manager, Photo & Video Producer
About The Position
The Assistant Manager, Photo + Video oversees all stages of photo and video production across KISS brands, from planning and coordination through final delivery. The role supports creative and marketing objectives by ensuring shoots run smoothly, budgets remain on track, and deliverables meet brand standards. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the position translates creative vision into high-quality content that supports business goals. The role also manages production budgets and vendor payments, oversees post-production and asset delivery, tracks model usage records and licensing terms, and coordinates renewals or asset removal to ensure compliance with usage agreements. It supports management of production assets such as equipment, props, and wardrobe.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field.
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Advertising, Art, or Film.
- Skills in collaboration, Microsoft Office 365, photography, planning, post-production, preproduction, set production, strategic objectives, and videography.
- English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for photo and video shoots across KISS brands, including scheduling, logistics, crew management, and on-set execution.
- Manage production budgets and vendor payments, including negotiating rates, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align shoot objectives with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Oversee asset delivery and post-production, ensuring final files meet brand standards, timelines, and usage requirements.
- Track and maintain model usage records, including approved media, usage terms, licensing periods, and expiration dates.
- Monitor upcoming usage expirations and coordinate renewals or notify teams to remove assets as needed to comply with usage agreements.
- Support production asset management, including equipment, props, and wardrobe.
