Phlebotomy Representative - Site Lead
About The Position
This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV. This role involves delivering professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs). The responsibilities include ensuring accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Effective communication is key to creating a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. The role requires working with a consistently low error rate, handling more complex collections and patient/client situations, and supporting on-site staff. Demonstrating the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions is essential to uphold service and operational excellence.
