About The Position

Performs routine duties involved in drawing and collecting blood specimens from identified patients. Records required information according to established methods and procedures and hospital rules and regulations. Receives and processes specimens, maintains laboratory supplies, and performs Point of Care Tests. Interprets test results and documents patient and control results according to the SOP.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree.
• Completion of a non-degree medical assistance or related program.
• One year of phlebotomy experience.
• Driver's license.
• Certified Phlebotomist Technician certification.
