About The Position

The Phlebotomist provides patient care and customer-focused service at the Mansfield location. The role performs venipuncture on patients of all ages and collects and prepares non-blood specimens. It ensures specimens are properly processed and labeled and that tests are ordered correctly, while championing safety, compliance, and quality control. The position has routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI); employees must maintain strict confidentiality, follow privacy and security standards, and access PHI only as needed to perform their duties.

The position is full-time, benefit-eligible, and scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a half-hour lunch daily. It is a first-shift role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
