A commitment to all company Policies & Procedures, including dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Guiding Principles, is essential. The position requires the ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary, as travel and flexible hours are required to work multiple locations with minimal notice. The role involves handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting and demonstrating superior customer focus, open communication, adaptability to change, and business knowledge. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred but required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, is required. A minimum of 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment and customer service experience in a retail or service environment are preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience is also required.
