This role requires the ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, working independently with minimal on-site supervision. The phlebotomist must possess excellent skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and be flexible and available based on staffing needs, which may include weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. A commitment to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles, is essential. The position requires decision-making based on established procedures and good judgment. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary if applicable. Travel and flexible hours are required to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. The ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting, demonstrate superior customer focus, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and embrace change is crucial. Keyboard and data entry experience is also required.
