The position requires good judgment based on established procedures, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record if applicable. Travel and flexible hours are necessary to work multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. The ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting and demonstrate superior customer focus, open communication, adaptability to change, and business knowledge is crucial.
