About The Position

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist for a contract opportunity in Stephenville, Texas. The assignment is expected to last 3–4 months or longer, with a high possibility of conversion to full-time employment. The role involves collecting blood from patients across all age groups, processing specimens, performing EKGs, and entering and verifying patient collection information. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood from patients of all age groups using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Process specimens and perform EKGs safely, accurately, and professionally.
• Perform order entry and retrieve and verify patient collection data and special notations using appropriate sources.
