About The Position

This position requires covering two locations: High Point, NC and Greensboro, NC. The schedule involves working Monday through Thursday with specific hours allocated to each location. Training locations may vary. The role demands flexibility in availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime, as well as the ability to travel and work at multiple locations with minimal notice. A strong focus on customer service, decision-making based on established procedures, and adaptability to change are essential.

Requirements

Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record.
1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Keyboard/data entry experience.

Nice To Haves

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Covering two locations: High Point and Greensboro.
Performing phlebotomy services, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Working independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Making decisions based on established procedures and exercising good judgment.
Handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
Demonstrating superior customer focus and communicating openly and transparently.
Accelerating and embracing change.
Traveling to multiple locations and covering Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
