Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years of administrative, development operations, event coordination, or nonprofit support experience.
  • CRM or database experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and executes impact and stewardship touchpoints (print, digital, personalized and events) for the one-to-many program, consistent with organization-wide donor recognition standards
  • Owns the quarterly donor newsletter and digital stewardship program, and coordinates campaign production logistics
  • Coordinates personalized gift acknowledgments, data entry, and CRM accuracy in collaboration with Donor Services
  • Supports data, list, and segmentation coordination with Donor Services
  • Provides administrative support for the annual, mid-level, and membership giving programs, including giving circles, advisory council, and membership gatherings
