The Institute on Aging (IOA) is seeking a Philanthropy Coordinator to support the organization's ambitious fundraising growth over the next three years. Reporting to the VP of Philanthropy, this role is a key member of the Philanthropy team and is responsible for administrative and project management support across major gifts, donor relations, and events as well as supporting gift processing, data management, and reporting in coordination with other members of the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative nonprofit environment. Experience with CRM databases, Microsoft Office, and nonprofit fundraising operations is preferred.
