This exciting opportunity in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is for a Warehouse Associate to join the Mail Order Pharmacy team. The Packing/Shipping Technician is crucial for ensuring timely medication delivery to patients. This uniquely rewarding role is in a closed-door pharmacy setting, focusing on complex, high-impact dispensing. The individual will work alongside a talented team under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate should be reliable, accurate, professional, team-oriented, and possess problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or trainee on Day 1 of employment
• Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy
• The ability to work business required overtime (BROT) when needed
• Verifiable High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical, fulfillment center, warehouse or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
• Schedule flexibility for testing support including early starts, late stays and weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily functions of packing and shipping prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Operate automated packing machines, as well as automated and manual drug dispensing (may be cross-trained).
• Load automated dispensing machines, perform validation, packaging, and delivery of prescription drug orders (may also include).
