Pharmacy Warehouse Associate - Dispensing A Shift

This full-time position in Wilkes-Barre, PA, is for a Warehouse Associate to join the Mail Order Pharmacy team, specifically as a Product Selection (filling) Technician. The role is essential for ensuring timely medication delivery to patients in a closed-door pharmacy setting, with no direct customer interaction. It involves a complex, high-impact dispensing role, working alongside a team under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate will be reliable, accurate, professional, team-oriented, and possess problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include all aspects of filling mail order prescriptions, working directly with medication, and operating automated machines.
Requirements
- Must hold a current, unrestricted license with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or trainee on Day 1 of employment
- Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy
- The ability to work business required overtime (BROT) when needed
- Know how to use a 10 keypad
- Can lift 40 pounds
- Standing for the length of your shift
- Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff
- Verifiable High School diploma or equivalent

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Schedule flexibility for testing support including early starts, late stays and weekend support
