About The Position

Apotheco Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician who is passionate about patient care. The position involves customer service and supporting pharmacy operations, including preparing products, processing prescriptions, maintaining medication and supply inventory, coordinating deliveries, verifying insurance, handling applicable manufacturer coupons and credit card billing, and updating patient information. Much of the communication with patients is by phone, so a friendly, professional, and clear phone presence is important. Pharmacy experience is appreciated but not required.

The role is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and is not remote. Pharmacy operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The posting highlights evenings and weekends off and a work/life balance.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent phone presence, including being friendly, professional, and well spoken.
• Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Label and prepare products for patients.
