Pharmacy Technician - 10 Hrs/Week, Every Other Weekend
About The Position
The Pharmacy Technician provides patient care by dispensing quality medications as prescribed by a physician, under the instruction of the Pharmacist and as permitted by the State of Massachusetts. This is a part-time position working 10 hours per week every other weekend: every other Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and every other Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility in Pembroke, Massachusetts. The hospital offers inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults, and older adults, with services designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Dispense quality medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Provide patient care while working under the instruction of the Pharmacist and within the scope allowed by the State of Massachusetts.
