About The Position
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician for its outpatient infusion department in Los Angeles, California. The technician enrolls patients in financial assistance programs, including infusion co-pay programs, manages inventory, identifies manufacturer and foundation grants, and coordinates with other departments. Duties are performed independently under the supervision of a pharmacist. This is a Monday–Friday day-shift role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current California Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Excel.
- Access and reimbursement knowledge of infusion medications.
Responsibilities
- Enroll Cedars-Sinai Medical Center patients in financial assistance programs, including infusion co-pay programs.
- Manage inventory.
- Identify manufacturer and foundation grants.
- Coordinate with other departments.
