LTC Technician Supervisor
About The Position
Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, full-time Pharmacy Technician Supervisor for its closed-door pharmacy in Washington, Indiana. The supervisor leads a team of order-entry and dispensing staff and collaborates with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role oversees scheduling, timecards, and biweekly payroll, and builds an honest, diverse, fair, and inclusive team through hands-on coaching and approachable leadership. The supervisor also helps coordinate daily pharmacy operations, including data entry and order fulfillment, in accordance with established procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekends varying. The employer prefers a licensed pharmacy technician.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience supervising up to 10 direct reports.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of order-entry and dispensing staff.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate staff schedules and monitor timecards.
- Process payroll every other week.
- Coach and lead employees while fostering honesty, diversity, fairness, and inclusivity.
- Oversee daily operations, including data entry and order fulfillment, in accordance with established procedures.
