About The Position

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, full-time LTC Pharmacy Technician Supervisor for its Washington, Indiana location. The family-owned, closed-door pharmacy provides services through employees committed to outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations. The supervisor leads a team responsible for order entry and dispensing and works with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with WB policies. The role also supports scheduling, timecard management, and biweekly payroll, while building an honest, diverse, fair, and inclusive team through hands-on coaching and approachable leadership. Day-to-day work includes overseeing data entry and order fulfillment in accordance with established procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekends varying. The position supervises up to 10 reports.

Requirements

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to supervise up to 10 direct reports.
Pharmacy technician experience; the posting seeks an experienced LTC pharmacy technician supervisor.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of order-entry and dispensing employees in a closed-door pharmacy.
