About The Position

As a Pharmacy Technician Representative, you will be responsible for record keeping, sorting and maintaining records, using Excel to manage the records database, and using a forklift and handjack to move pallets of records. This role requires an independent worker who is detail-oriented, as much of your time will be spent away from the team sorting and maintaining records. You will also be expected to prepare the daily lockbox for scanning and will be cross-trained in other areas based on team needs. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM to 2 PM. You will be the direct contact for Iron Mountain, handling all interactions including sending boxes monthly and recalling boxes when requested. Maintaining the accuracy and timely management of prescription records is crucial.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting.
  • Missouri State Pharmacy Technician license.
  • General PC knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, and email skills.
  • Ability to navigate the Iron Mountain website.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible work schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions.
  • Comfortable working with a forklift and other heavy machinery.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior forklift training is a plus but not required (training can happen onsite).

Responsibilities
