At Altruix, you'll do more than fill prescriptions—you'll help improve the lives of patients with behavioral health and intellectual & developmental disabilities (I/DD) by ensuring they receive the medications they need, when they need them. As a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Pharmacy Technician, you'll work directly with patients, providers, and healthcare teams to coordinate specialty medications, navigate insurance processes, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Uniontown Pharmacy, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Each morning, you'll report to the Uniontown Pharmacy to prepare and retrieve medications before traveling to one of two Crossroads Treatment Center locations to support patients. Based on the daily schedule and business needs, you'll provide coverage at either Crossroads Treatment Center of Uniontown or Crossroads Treatment Center of Connellsville. This position requires regular travel using your personal vehicle. To help offset the cost of travel, Altruix provides a $600 monthly vehicle stipend, subject to applicable payroll deductions and Company policy.
